Insoumise

Nøgne Ø Insoumise is a Belgian Pale Ale collaboration brew with Brasserie du Mont Saleve that is brewed with wild yeast and brett.

Yellow to light golden in colour, the aroma was mostly malty and somewhat bready with some fruitiness, like apricots. Did not get much brett character in the aroma, on the palette some pale malt and a touch of citrus. A pretty simple beer with very little happening, but one of the best labels to date.
